30 days right to return

One One One Wear is committed to exchange any product ordered (except price drops & sales) within a period of 30 days if you are not satisfied with it or if it does not fully fit your expectations. The return is at your own expense & responsibility.

All returns or exchanges require a return authorization. Please go to the section 'My Account' (top right), then go to "Order History", and select the order you wish to return. You will then find at the bottom of the page the box 'Merchandise return' to advise us of your return.

All products must be returned in their original condition & packaging. One One One Wear can not exchange any product that has been worn, used or damaged.

One One One Wear reserves the right to refuse or not to follow up any return done beyond the framework of the return process that you have in the section 'My Account'.
