Packages are sent by La Poste (French Post) using the Colissimo parcel service.

Your shipment

Most orders are usually processed within 48h after your payment is acknowledged.

Your parcel is shipped with La Poste (French Post) through the Colissimo parcel service that includes online tracking and drop-off without signature. For a signed-for delivery, please contact us as an extra cost is applied. Whatever the shipment you have chosen, we will provide you with a web link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage costs. Handling and packing fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary depending on both the weight of the parcel and the place of delivery. We advise you to gather your items in one single order. We can not group two separated orders, and shipping fees are applied to each single order you place.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. A special care is taken when orders are prepared and packed, especially with parcels containing fragile products.

 Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Please dispose of your packagings in the recycle bin. If possible, try to use the box for a future shipment you would have to do.
